Reiki

From ancient Tibet Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy. Reiki can be a hands-on treatment or distant. It encourages physical mental and emotional healing and spiritual growth. We are energy and cells vibrating and reiki energy is channelled, by practitioner from source to bring about change required for the individual drawn to it.

I practice Reiki in all I do having been a practitioner since 2000. Reiki energy can be increased with the use of a healing pyramid, crystals, and sound. It works on many levels releasing emotional blocks, promoting self-healing, supporting immune function. It raises the individual’s personal energy to bring about the support needed on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

It aids relaxation, calm, clarity of purpose, invokes energy when required and motivation. No harm can occur with Reiki as it carries positive vibrations through practitioner to the recipient and the universe.

It is a meditative process that enables those who participate to go within to the higher intelligence available, to seek the required outcomes.

Limitlessness is available and Reiki is a force of nature, that all are capable of when called to it. Self-doubt and ‘imposter syndrome’ are the human conditions that can be targeted with Reiki’s powerful, yet gentle properties.

Treatments can be full body hands on or in the auric field. Those choosing can add the power of Platonic solids via my Copper healing pyramid. Plato discovered the power of geometric symbols to enhance our connection to all that is.

Sound and resonance are a powerful tool to vibrationally change the structure of cells and energy centres namely within the Chakra Energy points.

During Reiki you can expect to have a Chakra energy reading using a pendulum, and the reiki energy is then invoked to restore balance in harmony within the Chakras and the auric field.

The Chakras Crown, Third Eye, Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacrel and Root can become blocked with childhood to current stressors and beyond. Reiki enables free flow of energy to these areas and often uncovers outdated beliefs and messages taken on, through the individuals life journey. That no longer serve a purpose. There is no fault in these beliefs they manifested as a means of survival. Later in life these may become a hindrance, in need of attention.

The beautiful colours of the vibrant chakra energy centres is a wonderful basis for a healing meditation.

Visualising their clearance and the use of mantras and positive affirmations, reprogrammes neural pathways to a more vibrant connected self.

Reiki can and is used in all of my techniques. I work with Reiki energy and masters at all times. The addiition of a chakra reading and balance can be added to other treatments. In addition I can do a combination of Reiki with sound healing.
